What are the common characteristics of pp woven bags?

Woven bags are often used by people to carry supplies, but to really talk or plastic woven bags and paper-plastic composite bags are more widely used. So, in the end, what makes people commonly choose these woven plastic bags, or in the end, it has what really can attract people's characteristics? The following is a detailed introduction to plastic woven bags as an example of what are the common characteristics of plastic weaving bags.

1.Light weight

PP is usually lighter, the density of PP woven bags is about 0.9-0.98 g/cm3. Commonly used plastic woven, if no filler is added, i.e. equal to the density of plastic. Plastic woven applications have a density of 0.9-0.91 g/cm3 of plastic. As a rule braids are lighter than water.

2.High fracture strength

Plastic woven fabric is a flexible, high fracture strength material in plastic products, which is related to its molecular structure, degree of crystallization, draft orientation, etc., and also related to the type of additives, if the specific strength (strength / specific gravity) to measure plastic woven fabric, it is higher than or close to metal materials.

3.Good chemical resistance

The plastic weave has good corrosion resistance to inorganic and organic materials, below 110 degrees Celsius, and has little effect on it over a long period of time. When the temperature rises, carbon tetrachloride, xylene, turpentine, etc. can be dissolved against it. Fuming nitric acid, fuming sulphuric acid, halogenated elements and other strong oxides will oxidise it, and it has good corrosion resistance to strong bases and common acids.

4.Good resistance to abrasion

The plastic weave has good resistance to inorganic and organic substances, and it has little effect on it for a long time below 110°C. It is chemically stable against solvents, oils and fats.

5.Good electrical insulating properties

Pure plastic braid is an excellent electrical insulator. As it does not absorb moisture, not affected by moisture in the air, the breakdown voltage is also high, he dielectric constant is 2.2-2.6, its volume resistance is very high, plastic braid insulation is good, is not the same as using it for insulation material use.

6.Environmental resistance

At room temperature, plastic woven fabric is practically completely impervious to moisture, with an absorption rate of less than 0. 01% in 24 hours and low water vapour penetration, at low temperatures it becomes brittle and prone to brittle cracking. Plastic woven fabrics are not subject to mould and mildew.

Advantages of the new environmentally friendly plastic woven bags:

  • water solubility speed can be designed to choose, completely dissolved in water, non-toxic and non-polluting;
  • high transparency, good gloss, high softness, good touch, good oil and solvent resistance;
  • heat sealable, printable, low air permeability coefficient, good air barrier, plastic snap or self adhesive bags can be added, excellent anti-static properties;
  • no dust absorption, strong stretch, good tension, strong corrosion resistance of most plastics, does not react with acid and alkali, good insulator;
  • can be water, air, sunlight and biodegradable, usually about a month, it can be decomposed into harmless substances, reducing the pollution of the environment.
